These KPIs can include reach, engagement rate, account and list growth, best and most engaging content, website traffic, conversions, and other helpful information.

We will have an hour-long meeting scheduled at the beginning of each month to discuss the previous month's report and upcoming content needs and campaigns. We are also available via Slack communication throughout the week. As we continue our excellent relationship, an updated evaluation and a two-hour Strategy Call will occur every six months upon a contract renewal!

Sound a bit overwhelming? Let our team help you take the hassle out of capturing this content! As a team, we will take your content needs for the upcoming month/quarter and strategically plan and produce these short-form videos for specific campaigns and overall brand awareness that align with current Instagram Reel, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts trends.

Here's how it works
Step 1: Reach Out
First, we will hop on a 30-minute, free Discovery Call so we can get to know you, your business, and what your goals are. Fill out this form, and if we think we would be a good fit, we will be in touch via email with the next steps!
Step 2: Discovery Call + Proposal
After our Discovery Call, we will put together a custom proposal with the perfect package options for your goals for you to choose from!
Step 3: Onboarding
We will learn more about your brand story, target audience, brand voice, competitors, and other information for the BSOCO team to easily integrate into your team!
Then, we will have a 30-minute Kick-Off Call, during which we will set goals, discuss expectations, and receive clarity about our process.
Once you've been onboarded, the BSOCO team will put our heads together and start mapping out a custom strategy for your first three months that we will then present to you in a 60-minute Strategy Call one week after our initial Kick-Off Call.
Step 4: Grab yourself a Topo Chico + kick back. Let's expand your reach!
Once the new strategy has your stamp of approval, we will get to work implementing and managing your digital marketing efforts. You can rest easy knowing that our team of experts is working on your behalf.
And you don’t have to just take our word for it. We are available via Slack throughout the workweek and will meet once a month to review analytics, strategy, and future campaigns.
